Security/Damage deposit is $600.00 and must be in US funds only. We will accept personal checks, travelers cheques, or bank drafts. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure if there is no damage to your unit.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 30 day notification for any rental less than 30 days, & 60 day notification for all rentals of 1 month or more. You will lose your deposit of $600.00 should you NOT cancel within the above time frames. No exceptions will be made to this policy. All units are inspected after departure & should damaged or missing items be noted, you will be responsible and risk losing your deposit for repairs or replacement of those damaged or missing items

CHECK-IN TIME IS BETWEEN 2 PM & 5 PM. Prior arrangements must be made for check-in after 5 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10 AM.

No keys are available until everyone in the party is registered with the office and rent is paid in full. We accept PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, TRAVELERS CHEQUES, VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER. We prefer personal checks.

OFF SEASON: Our OFF SEASON begins May 1st through the last Saturday in May, and also September 1st through November 30th. RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE AT 10% DISCOUNT
off the posted summer rates.

OUR MINIMUM STAY IS 7 DAYS (1 WEEK). ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. CONDO UNITS AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE.

LOCK OUT POLICY: Our office is open Monday - Friday,
9 am to 5 pm. Should you lock yourself out of your unit after
office hours, you will be charged a $25.00 lock out fee.
