Reservation Request Refundable deposit required for Security/Damage.

The Security/Damage deposit is $600.00 and must be in US funds only.

We will accept personal checks, travelers cheques, or bank drafts.
The deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure if there is no damage to your unit.

We do not offer any units for over night or short term.
Minimum stay is one week summer and two weeks winter.

30 DAY CANCELLATION REQUIRED
60 DAY CANCELLATION REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS OF ONE MONTH OR MORE
